Meet the Characters of ODIE
These are the talented cast and crew of Odie!
Our Creative Team

Nick Barr
Writers / Director / Producer
Leading the project from script through production. With over a decade of hands-on experience in film production across Austin and Los Angeles, he brings a disciplined, collaborative approach focused on performance, authenticity, and grounded storytelling.

Lester Platt
Cinematographer
& Executive Producer
Lester Platt is the founder and CEO of STLL Studios, the Austin-based production company furnishing the camera and assistant directing team for Odie. A working cinematographer and director, Platt built STLL into a multidisciplinary house known for high-production-value commercial work — credits include campaigns for Bioderma, L'Oréal, Redken, Under Armour, Nike Women, and Morgan Stanley — while continuing to develop original film and episodic projects.

Daniel Freeberg
Producer / Actor
Daniel Freeberg is a producer on ODIE, overseeing logistics while helping shape the film’s physical world. Working closely on locations, Daniel’s focus is bringing Austin to life as a character in its own right—finding the streets, shelters, buses, and overlooked corners that ground the story in reality. His approach ensures the city isn’t just a backdrop, but an active presence that reflects Odie’s journey from instability toward structure.

Jay Trautman
Editor
Jay Trautman has joined Odie as editor. His editorial credits include work on One Battle After Another, Dune: Part Two, Oppenheimer, Licorice Pizza, and Her. He brings a sharp storytelling instinct and strong command of tone to a film that depends on rhythm, restraint, and emotional honesty.

Michelle Ragay
Assistant Director
Michelle Ragay is a Filipino-American filmmaker and U.S. Air Force veteran whose work explores identity, belonging, and the surreal through cross-cultural storytelling. Born in Germany, raised on a U.S. Army base, and shaped by a military career in language and intelligence, she brings to set the kind of operational discipline that translates directly to first assistant directing.

Anthony Cozza
Composer
Anthony Cozza is a composer and music producer with over a decade of experience crafting scores across drama, documentary, and short-form content. His work earned Best Score at the 2024 Dunwich Film Festival and a Best Score nomination at the 2025 San Diego International Film Festival. He brings a cinematic, journey-driven approach to every project he scores.

Geraldo Alexandre
Colorist
Geraldo Alexandre — known professionally as Matondo Alexandre — is a Lisbon-based cinematographer and colorist with a working credit list that spans Portuguese, Angolan, and international independent cinema. As a colorist his recent credits include Motel X, an Official Selection nominee for Best Portuguese Horror Film at the 2025 awards, and as cinematographer he has shot Air Conditioner (2020), The Darcys (2024), and Nós (2025).

Georgia Irons
2nd AD / UPM
Georgia Irons joins Odie as Second Assistant Director, furnished by STLL Studios where she serves as production coordinator across the company's commercial and narrative slate. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Communication, she came to film through community-facing work — including time as a Development Intern at the Children's Safety Center and a customer experience role at Austin's Mozart's Coffee Roasters — and brings that orientation toward people and process to the production office.

Xzavyor J. March
Production Sound Mixer
Xzavyor J. March joins Odie as Production Sound Mixer, leading the sound department through fifteen days of principal photography across Austin. Production sound is the most unforgiving discipline on a feature set: every line, every breath, every footfall captured on the day either lives in the final film or has to be rebuilt in post at material cost.

Melisa Balderrama Siles
Script Supervisor
Melisa Balderrama Siles is a Bolivian filmmaker, screenwriter, and editor based in Austin, with a bachelor's in Latin American Literature and a working career that spans fiction, documentary, and international co-production. She has held production credits on short and feature projects involving NHK Japan and the celebrated Bolivian director Jorge Sanjinés, written awardrecognized screenplays, and edited fiction and documentary work — including projects for nongovernmental organizations across the region.

Trevor Korn
1st AC
Trevor Korn joins Odie as First Assistant Camera through STLL Studios, working alongside Director of Photography Lester Platt. As 1st AC, he is responsible for the camera department's day-to-day discipline on set: focus, lens changes, glass health, slating, media handoff, and the second-by-second precision that allows the DP to concentrate on image-making.

Ben Jumper
Producer / Utility Knife
Ben Jumper serves as a true all-around force on ODIE, stepping in wherever he is needed across the production. On set, he appears as Gerald, while also supporting the camera department, assisting the production office, and providing steady morale through the long days of the shoot. His presence brings flexibility, generosity, and a team-first spirit to the film, making him an essential part of the production both on screen and behind the scenes.

Jasmyne Le
Post Production PA
Jasmyne Le is a recent Wesleyan University graduate with a BA in Film and a short film selected for the Trinity Film Festival. She's eager to build her post-production experience and is joining the Odie crew as a part of the post production team.

Danny Keinarth
DIT / Assistant Editor
Danny Keinarth is an Assistant Editor and DIT with experience across narrative production. On Odie, he'll be supporting both the editorial pipeline and on-set data management.
